Le traitement thermique est donc le processus le plus touch\u00e9 par la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique imminente. Toutefois, d'un point de vue diff\u00e9rent, on peut \u00e9galement dire que c'est l\u00e0 que se trouve le plus grand potentiel pour fa\u00e7onner avec succ\u00e8s la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une augmentation des \u00e9nergies renouvelables dans les r\u00e9seaux \u00e9lectriques peut \u00eatre observ\u00e9e dans tous les pays industrialis\u00e9s du monde. L'objectif politique de la plupart des pays est de parvenir \u00e0 une neutralit\u00e9 totale en mati\u00e8re de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre dans les r\u00e9seaux \u00e9lectriques d'ici 2045 \u00e0 2050. Comme pour tous les objectifs politiques, la vitesse du processus de transformation peut \u00eatre ralentie ou acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e par diff\u00e9rents courants politiques. Les strat\u00e9gies varient \u00e9galement d'un pays \u00e0 l'autre. En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, on peut dire que la direction est claire, mais que la vitesse de transformation est difficile \u00e0 estimer. La neutralit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre ne sera peut-\u00eatre pas atteinte avant 2065. Cependant, toute personne commandant un four aujourd'hui sera confront\u00e9e \u00e0 la question, m\u00eame si la transformation est beaucoup plus lente, au cours de la dur\u00e9e de vie typique d'un four, qui est de 40 ans. Tous les d\u00e9cideurs en mati\u00e8re d'investissement avec lesquels nous nous entretenons en sont conscients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le principal inconv\u00e9nient de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 renouvelable est sa faible capacit\u00e9 de stockage. La technologie des batteries ne cesse de progresser et constitue d\u00e9sormais une v\u00e9ritable alternative aux voitures \u00e0 moteur \u00e0 combustion dans le secteur automobile. Toutefois, les voitures particuli\u00e8res ne sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9es qu'une heure et les 23 heures restantes de la journ\u00e9e sont disponibles pour la recharge. La technologie des batteries est moins int\u00e9ressante pour les syst\u00e8mes de chauffage industriels, qui doivent fonctionner 24 heures sur 24, 5 \u00e0 7 jours par semaine, pour des raisons d'efficacit\u00e9. Par cons\u00e9quent, si l'on choisit l'\u00e9lectrification totale pour chauffer un syst\u00e8me de chauffage, on devient d\u00e9pendant du prix de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, qui d\u00e9pend fortement des r\u00e9glementations gouvernementales et qui est en moyenne 2 \u00e0 3 fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que le prix du gaz naturel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La plupart des tarifs d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 sont ind\u00e9pendants de l'heure et de la saison. Il existe \u00e9galement des limites aux pointes de consommation pour les gros consommateurs. Sur la bourse europ\u00e9enne, le prix de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 est cependant toujours fix\u00e9 \u00e0 midi, en fonction de l'heure de la journ\u00e9e (prix day-ahead). Pour qu'un fournisseur puisse proposer un tarif ind\u00e9pendant de l'heure, il doit donc tenir compte des fluctuations et les couvrir par des suppl\u00e9ments de risque. Les fournisseurs d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 sont rarement pr\u00eats \u00e0 viser une perte sur leurs tarifs (EDF en France est probablement une exception). Le risque pour un fournisseur d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 est limit\u00e9 en choisissant la source d'\u00e9nergie la plus ch\u00e8re (souvent le gaz naturel) en cas de doute et en la divisant par l'efficacit\u00e9 correspondante de la production d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 (30-40%). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela explique \u00e9galement pourquoi le prix de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 est 2 \u00e0 3 fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que celui du gaz naturel. On peut s'attendre \u00e0 la m\u00eame d\u00e9pendance vis-\u00e0-vis du prix de l'hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e0 l'avenir. L'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 verte co\u00fbtera 2 \u00e0 3 fois plus cher que l'hydrog\u00e8ne si elle est reconvertie en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00e0 partir d'installations de stockage d'hydrog\u00e8ne. Toutefois, si l'\u00e9nergie solaire ou \u00e9olienne est disponible, cela ne s'applique qu'\u00e0 la partie produite en plus. En effet, l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 verte n'a pratiquement que des co\u00fbts fixes, puisqu'il n'est pas n\u00e9cessaire d'acheter du combustible pour la produire. Elle est souvent mise \u00e0 la disposition des entreprises presque gratuitement dans certaines quantit\u00e9s par le biais de leurs propres centrales de production, sans qu'il soit n\u00e9cessaire d'utiliser des r\u00e9seaux \u00e9lectriques externes. En raison des relations complexes sur le march\u00e9 de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, les prix de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 sont m\u00eame actuellement n\u00e9gatifs, car la consommation s'adapte rarement au volume de production et toutes les centrales \u00e9lectriques ne peuvent pas \u00eatre arr\u00eat\u00e9es \u00e0 volont\u00e9. La charge de base d'une centrale \u00e9lectrique, en dessous de laquelle elle ne peut \u00eatre r\u00e9duite, perturbe donc les r\u00e9seaux dans une certaine mesure. Cela se produit le plus souvent les dimanches et les jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s en \u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tant les gestionnaires de r\u00e9seau (dans le r\u00e9seau ENTSO-E) que les l\u00e9gislateurs font pression pour que les tarifs de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 d\u00e9pendent de l'heure. En Allemagne, par exemple, les fournisseurs d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 seront oblig\u00e9s d'offrir des tarifs bas\u00e9s sur le temps aux consommateurs ayant une consommation annuelle de 6 MW \u00e0 100 MW \u00e0 partir de 2025 et \u00e0 tous les consommateurs plus importants \u00e0 partir de 2028 (loi sur les compteurs intelligents). Dans d'autres pays comme la France et les Pays-Bas, de tels tarifs sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 disponibles aujourd'hui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous devrons donc revoir notre position d'ici un \u00e0 quatre ans. Le prix de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 peut fluctuer de tr\u00e8s bon march\u00e9 \u00e0 tr\u00e8s cher d'heure en heure ou de quart d'heure en quart d'heure. Au lieu de se procurer de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s ch\u00e8re \u00e0 partir de sources stockables, il semble plus judicieux de br\u00fbler directement de l'hydrog\u00e8ne avec un rendement d'environ 80%, par exemple, et d'utiliser du gaz naturel jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'une infrastructure appropri\u00e9e soit construite. Le choix de la source d'\u00e9nergie doit automatiquement reposer sur les crit\u00e8res suivants : Le plus neutre possible en termes d'\u00e9missions de CO2 ou le plus rentable possible (ce qui est tr\u00e8s souvent le cas simultan\u00e9ment). Un employ\u00e9 ne peut pas contr\u00f4ler manuellement ce type de variabilit\u00e9, car une r\u00e9action \u00e0 court terme 24 heures sur 24 n'est pas raisonnable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est \u00e9galement important de maintenir au moins la partie traitement thermique de la production pendant les week-ends, qui devrait \u00e9galement \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9e afin d'\u00eatre \u00e9conomiquement et socialement rentable. En revanche, le lundi matin sera \u00e0 l'avenir un moment typique pour le retraitement et la pr\u00e9paration des lots, car c'est \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 que l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 est tr\u00e8s ch\u00e8re et donc g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement aussi \u00e0 forte intensit\u00e9 de CO2. De cette mani\u00e8re, les fluctuations \u00e0 plus long terme peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre compens\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re raisonnable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutefois, c'est entre l'\u00e9t\u00e9 et l'hiver que l'on peut s'attendre aux fluctuations les plus importantes. Entre d\u00e9cembre (\u00e0 l'exception de la p\u00e9riode entre No\u00ebl et le Nouvel An) et f\u00e9vrier, nous devrons compter sur d'importantes installations de stockage d'\u00e9nergie. Toutefois, le type de stockage utilis\u00e9 changera, passant des installations souterraines de stockage de gaz naturel fossile, des r\u00e9serves de p\u00e9trole et de charbon aux installations de stockage d'\u00e9nergies renouvelables telles que l'hydrog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le concept ATLAS Green est con\u00e7u pour s'adapter de mani\u00e8re flexible \u00e0 toutes les conditions d\u00e9crites ci-dessus. Pour ce faire, des br\u00fbleurs et des chauffages \u00e9lectriques sont install\u00e9s, qui peuvent fonctionner individuellement ou ensemble. Les br\u00fbleurs peuvent fonctionner avec du gaz naturel 100%, de l'hydrog\u00e8ne 100% ou du propane 100%, ainsi qu'avec n'importe quel m\u00e9lange de ces gaz. Pour \u00e9viter les \u00e9missions inutiles de NOx, les br\u00fbleurs fonctionnent sans flamme et atteignent un rendement de 78% \u00e0 85%, selon la variante.
