Il processo di brasatura vuole che si utilizzi quanto basta per svolgere il lavoro, e non di pi\u00f9. Questo non solo per il costo del materiale di scarto, ma anche perch\u00e9 una minore quantit\u00e0 di materiale brasante riduce i problemi di pressione del vapore che il forno deve superare. La gravit\u00e0 pu\u00f2 influenzare lo spessore di un giunto brasato quando un lato del pezzo \u00e8 pi\u00f9 alto di un altro.<br><br>Se si verifica un dilavamento su un lato del focolare o se si nota una brasatura non uniforme da un lato del pezzo o del carico rispetto all'altro, assicurarsi che il carico sia in piano. Spostate il focolare o il forno come necessario e testate il lotto successivo per verificare se il problema \u00e8 stato risolto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D: Durante la brasatura, ho notato che alcuni dei miei pezzi si spostano sull'attrezzatura. Ho avuto pezzi che hanno subito deformazioni, espansioni e sollecitazioni inaspettate sui giunti. Cosa posso fare per evitare che ci\u00f2 accada in futuro?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R: \u00c8 possibile che il forno stia aspirando a vuoto troppo rapidamente.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I forni a vuoto possono abbassare molto rapidamente l'atmosfera all'interno della zona calda. Le parti all'interno della camera possono subire un rapido differenziale di pressione, con un flusso d'aria paragonabile al vento di un uragano di categoria 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sebbene non esista un vuoto \u201ctroppo profondo\u201d, la velocit\u00e0 di formazione del vuoto all'interno del forno pu\u00f2 essere troppo rapida per alcuni componenti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I pezzi con vuoti chiusi, i pezzi con geometria complessa o i pezzi piccoli con massa ridotta possono subire un cambiamento atmosferico abbastanza rapido da spostarsi, espandersi o deformarsi se la velocit\u00e0 di evacuazione iniziale del vuoto \u00e8 troppo rapida.
