Potreste vedere parti pulite e brillanti uscire dal vostro forno anche quando il tasso di perdita suggerisce un problema. Altre volte, si pu\u00f2 notare uno scolorimento delle parti senza alcun segno di un aumento del tasso di perdite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si tratta di situazioni comuni che possono generare confusione e ulteriori problemi. Vediamo pi\u00f9 da vicino entrambi gli scenari e alcuni modi pratici per individuare il problema prima di passare ore a diagnosticare il problema sbagliato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Parti pulite, tasso di perdite sospette<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno dei motivi pi\u00f9 comuni per cui si ottiene un pezzo pulito, nonostante un tasso di perdita superiore al previsto, pu\u00f2 essere una guarnizione usurata in una delle valvole di riempimento o di pressione parziale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questi tipi di perdite consentono l'ingresso di gas inerte nella camera, per cui potrebbe non verificarsi alcuna interazione chimica tra il gas fuoriuscito e i componenti. Tuttavia, una perdita di gas inerte lenta pu\u00f2 comunque causare problemi durante una ricetta che richiede un basso vuoto. Ad esempio, una perdita di gas di processo pu\u00f2 impedire al forno di raggiungere il livello di vuoto necessario per attivare la valvola principale della pompa di diffusione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il modo migliore per verificare questa teoria \u00e8 quello di isolare l'alimentazione del gas utilizzando la valvola manuale per chiudere le linee del gas al forno, mettendo il forno sotto vuoto e verificando se l'anomalia del tasso di perdita persiste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se il tasso di perdita torna alla normalit\u00e0 con tutte le valvole manuali chiuse, probabilmente significa che il gas fuoriesce dalla valvola di riempimento o dal solenoide a pressione parziale, il che indica che la valvola deve essere sostituita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Come sempre, seguire le istruzioni del produttore per la sostituzione di una valvola. Molte fonti diverse possono contribuire a un tasso di perdita elevato, quindi non fermatevi una volta individuata una valvola che perde: siate scrupolosi e assicuratevi di individuare tutte le perdite durante il test dell'intero sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Parti scolorite, tasso di perdite costante<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le parti scolorite sono il segno che un gas indesiderato, in genere aria atmosferica, \u00e8 entrato nel forno durante la lavorazione. Ma come \u00e8 possibile che ci\u00f2 accada se non ci sono segnalazioni di un aumento del tasso di perdita?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La risposta \u00e8 spesso una perdita o una penetrazione d'aria nel serbatoio del gas di processo o nelle linee di servizio del gas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'aria pu\u00f2 talvolta penetrare nel serbatoio o nelle tubazioni durante un rifornimento, o come risultato della naturale espansione e contrazione delle tubazioni di servizio dovuta alle variazioni di temperatura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pu\u00f2 sembrare controintuitivo che le linee di gas in pressione possano consentire l'ingresso dell'aria ambiente, ma un fenomeno fisico chiamato <strong>Effetto Venturi<\/strong> pu\u00f2 far s\u00ec che l'aria atmosferica venga aspirata nella linea, spostando il gas di processo in uscita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prima di supporre che l'aria sia penetrata nel serbatoio di riserva del gas di processo, accertarsi che non vi siano perdite lungo le linee del gas di processo con un test a bolle d'aria.
