Anche questo metodo si basa sul potenziale di perdita di calore specifico della zona calda per il raffreddamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Con questo metodo, se un forno vuoto venisse raffreddato sotto vuoto da 2.400 \u00b0F (1.315 \u00b0C), ci vorrebbero circa 14 ore per raggiungere la temperatura ambiente.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Che cos'\u00e8 il raffreddamento a pressione parziale?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questo metodo \u00e8 simile al raffreddamento sottovuoto, ma utilizza una piccola quantit\u00e0 di gas inerte nell'ordine dei micron per contribuire ad annullare le caratteristiche di isolamento della zona calda, garantendo una velocit\u00e0 di raffreddamento leggermente superiore rispetto al solo raffreddamento sottovuoto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Con questo metodo, se un forno vuoto venisse raffreddato a pressione parziale a 1.000-2.000 micron da 2.400 \u00b0F (1.315 \u00b0C), ci vorrebbero circa 11 ore per raggiungere la temperatura ambiente.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Che cos'\u00e8 il raffreddamento statico?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con questo metodo, le valvole del vuoto si chiudono e il forno si riempie di gas inerte a una pressione predeterminata, che va da -5 pollici di mercurio (inHg) fino a 16 bar, a seconda delle capacit\u00e0 di progettazione del forno. La valvola di riempimento si apre e si chiude per mantenere il livello di pressione desiderato nel forno durante il ciclo di raffreddamento. Inizia con la chiusura delle valvole del vuoto e il riempimento del forno con gas inerte a un livello predeterminato (negativo o positivo). Una volta che il forno raggiunge -5 inHg (e la pressione continua a salire fino al raggiungimento del set point specifico), si attiva il ventilatore di ricircolo per raffreddare il carico di lavoro e il forno spostando il gas caldo attraverso uno scambiatore di calore raffreddato ad acqua.
