Prima di parlare del riscaldamento a convezione, \u00e8 importante capire il tipo di riscaldamento pi\u00f9 comunemente utilizzato nei forni a vuoto: il riscaldamento radiante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Che cos'\u00e8 il riscaldamento radiante?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il riscaldamento radiante \u00e8 pi\u00f9 comune nei forni a vuoto. Questo tipo di riscaldamento non si basa sul contatto diretto tra la fonte di calore (elementi riscaldanti) e le parti da riscaldare. Al contrario, riscalda tutto ci\u00f2 che si trova sul suo percorso (come il sole riscalda la terra) e gli effetti si sentono senza toccare la fonte di calore. Le parti in \"ombra\" ricevono il calore dalle parti circostanti, che diventano calde e ri-irradiano calore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Che cos'\u00e8 il riscaldamento a convezione?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il riscaldamento a convezione utilizza un gas (in genere azoto o argon) e una ventola per far circolare il calore in tutte le parti del carico. Il gas inerte viene reimmesso nel forno a pressione parziale o leggermente positiva (1-2 bar). Una ventola o un getto d'impulsi fa circolare il gas caldo in tutto il carico durante il riscaldamento. La circolazione del gas caldo aumenta il trasferimento di calore ai pezzi, comprese le aree \"nascoste\" nei pezzi con geometrie complesse. In questo modo si riduce il tempo totale di riscaldamento e si ottiene un riscaldamento pi\u00f9 uniforme. Il riscaldamento a convezione, se utilizzato insieme al riscaldamento radiante, pu\u00f2 aiutare a raggiungere la temperatura massima in modo pi\u00f9 rapido ed efficiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quali sono i vantaggi del riscaldamento a convezione?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il riscaldamento a convezione \u00e8 vantaggioso per i pezzi con geometrie complesse, le leghe con un basso tasso di trasferimento del calore e i pezzi che richiedono una stretta uniformit\u00e0 di temperatura. Gli ugelli brevettati di Ipsen rimangono chiusi, a meno che il forno non sia in modalit\u00e0 di raffreddamento, per evitare che il calore fuoriesca dalla zona calda e migliorare ulteriormente l'uniformit\u00e0 della temperatura.
