Sebbene ci\u00f2 sia accettabile per molte applicazioni, le applicazioni pi\u00f9 critiche richiedono l'installazione di un deflettore per evitare che le particelle escano dalla pompa di diffusione e raggiungano il processo principale. L'uso di una trappola fredda subrefrigerata tra la pompa di diffusione e la valvola principale pu\u00f2 ridurre significativamente la capacit\u00e0 dell'olio di rifluire nel forno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Che cos'\u00e8 il backstreaming?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il sistema di pompaggio \u00e8 progettato per pompare in una determinata direzione. Il backstreaming si verifica quando il fluido di pompaggio scorre in direzione opposta a quella desiderata. In questo caso, il fluido di pompaggio entra nella camera del forno a vuoto anzich\u00e9 andare nella direzione di flusso desiderata e torna alla base della pompa, dove viene ricircolato. Quando la pressione nella camera continua a salire (dopo il crossover), il fluido ancora in transizione ha un potenziale pi\u00f9 elevato di essere trascinato all'interno del recipiente attraverso il differenziale di pressione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quali problemi pu\u00f2 causare il backstreaming?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il riflusso pu\u00f2 causare la contaminazione della zona calda o delle parti. L'olio pu\u00f2 anche penetrare nel materiale di brasatura, causando una brasatura e un incollaggio inadeguati. Il riflusso pu\u00f2 interessare anche l'intero sistema di pompaggio, non solo le pompe stesse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quali sono le possibili cause del backstreaming?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Crossover anomalo in alto vuoto - il crossover normale \u00e8 di 80 micron o meno.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Funzionamento al di sopra di un micron per periodi di tempo prolungati<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Livelli dell'olio bassi o alti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Surriscaldamento della pompa di diffusione: la temperatura ideale dell'acqua deve essere di 60-80 \u00b0F (16-27 \u00b0C); la temperatura massima dell'acqua in uscita \u00e8 di 125 \u00b0F (52 \u00b0C). Le cause del surriscaldamento includono:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Flusso d'acqua basso o assente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L'acqua in ingresso \u00e8 troppo calda (oltre 90 \u00b0F \/ 32 \u00b0C)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perdite nella pompa di diffusione o nel circuito della pompa di mantenimento<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basso apporto di calore alla pompa di diffusione, causato da:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Riscaldatori difettosi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fusibile bruciato o fili scollegati<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Troppo olio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quantit\u00e0 eccessiva di acqua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Temperatura dell'acqua troppo bassa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Riscaldatori sostitutivi errati o non correttamente cablati<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Termocoppia della pompa di diffusione esposta all'aria fredda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Riempimento della camera prima della chiusura completa della valvola principale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pompa di sostegno mal funzionante o sottodimensionata<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cambiare il produttore del fluido di pompaggio utilizzato. Ci\u00f2 pu\u00f2 influire sulla temperatura di esercizio, rendendola troppo calda o fredda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Nota:<\/strong> Non utilizzare fili o capicorda di rame per collegare i riscaldatori, poich\u00e9 si ossidano e si guastano. Utilizzare esclusivamente fili e capicorda in nichel.
