Utilizzare il magnesio<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c8 necessario utilizzare il magnesio come additivo al metallo d'apporto e\/o al metallo di base dei componenti per i seguenti motivi:<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Il magnesio inizia a vaporizzare a circa 1.058 \u00b0F (570 \u00b0C) e agisce quindi come \"getter\" per l'ossigeno e il vapore acqueo, migliorando cos\u00ec la purezza del vuoto di brasatura.<\/li><li>Il magnesio riduce l'ossido di allumina presente sulla superficie dell'alluminio per favorire una bagnatura uniformemente accelerata delle superfici dei giunti.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Durante il processo di brasatura sotto vuoto si verificano le seguenti reazioni:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mg + H2O \u2192 MgO +H2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mg + O2 \u2192 2 MgO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3Mg + Al2O3 \u2192 3MgO + 2Al<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mg + N2 \u2192 Mg3N2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vaporizzazione del magnesio in un ambiente sotto vuoto, nota anche come \"mag burst\", produce un forte degassamento per un breve periodo di tempo. Tuttavia, pi\u00f9 lenta \u00e8 la velocit\u00e0 di riscaldamento, minore \u00e8 la velocit\u00e0 di vaporizzazione del magnesio.
