Monitorando i dati critici, gli utenti sono in grado di migliorare la salute e l'integrit\u00e0 di diversi sistemi, tra cui la zona calda, il sistema di pompaggio e il sistema di raffreddamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#000000\">Per garantire le massime prestazioni della zona calda, vengono monitorati parametri quali la resistenza a terra, la perdita di calore, i circuiti aperti e la pulizia della zona calda. Questo, a sua volta, aiuta a evitare gli archi elettrici, che possono danneggiare gli elementi riscaldanti; assicura una corretta uniformit\u00e0 di riscaldamento e previene un elevato consumo di energia da parte della zona calda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#000000\">Mantenere pulita la zona calda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#000000\">PdMetrics<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> sta aiutando i nostri clienti a ridurre i tempi di inattivit\u00e0 non programmati e a diminuire i costi delle utenze mantenendo pulite le loro zone calde. A seconda del processo di trattamento termico, della manutenzione e dell'utilizzo del forno, la sostituzione della zona calda pu\u00f2 variare da meno di cinque anni a pi\u00f9 di otto anni. Questa tempistica pu\u00f2 essere difficile da stimare, ma grazie a PdMetrics<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>Il cliente pu\u00f2 ora contare sui dati per pianificare la sostituzione della zona calda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#000000\">PdMetrics<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> calcola la perdita di calore a una determinata temperatura, tipicamente durante un ciclo di burnout a 2200 \u00b0F. In base al valore di perdita di calore calcolato, PdMetrics<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> mostra una condizione verde, gialla o rossa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#000000\">Recentemente, PdMetrics<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> ha inviato una notifica a un cliente per una condizione gialla, ovvero il degrado dell'isolamento della zona calda. Questa notifica viene inviata prima che la condizione peggiori, il che potrebbe comportare un consumo energetico elevato e\/o un aumento del tempo di ciclo. Ci\u00f2 consente al cliente di avere il tempo sufficiente per pianificare il futuro e fornisce dati tangibili al responsabile della manutenzione per giustificare la spesa di capitale.
