Per i forni a camera multifunzione esistenti, le perdite di parete nell'area della camera di riscaldamento stanno diventando un problema alla luce delle attuali problematiche energetiche e climatiche. Ipsen ha effettuato un'analisi pi\u00f9 approfondita. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investire nella coibentazione dei forni a camera multiuso esistenti conviene sotto molti punti di vista: si riduce il consumo energetico e quindi anche l'inquinamento ambientale, e allo stesso tempo la conversione pu\u00f2 facilitare la manutenzione e portare a ulteriori effetti positivi. Nella maggior parte dei casi, l'investimento si ripaga in pochi anni, soprattutto se \u00e8 sovvenzionato dall'Ufficio federale tedesco per l'economia e il controllo delle esportazioni (BAFA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poich\u00e9 lo spessore dell'isolamento non pu\u00f2 essere influenzato nei forni esistenti - a differenza dei nuovi impianti - sono necessari materiali speciali per ottenere un isolamento veramente ad alta efficienza. In questo caso sono particolarmente adatti i materiali isolanti microporosi per l'isolamento di riserva, con ottime propriet\u00e0 di isolamento termico. Un altro obiettivo importante sono gli inevitabili ponti termici. Sulla base di un'analisi termografica, \u00e8 possibile ottenere risultati sorprendenti con semplici misure. Ma anche le conversioni complete non sono un tab\u00f9 alla luce della situazione attuale: una consulenza adeguata riveler\u00e0 quali misure sono pi\u00f9 sensate in ogni singolo caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Esempio: Sostituzione della porta anteriore di un forno a camera multifunzione<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per ridurre i consumi energetici, facilitare la manutenzione e rendere il sistema di porte pi\u00f9 stabile, in questo caso la porta anteriore di un forno a camera multiuso esistente \u00e8 stata sostituita con un modello di porta pi\u00f9 recente.
