Ma anche i motori elettrici utilizzati in questo ambito spesso consumano (troppo) elettricit\u00e0. Mentre nei nuovi impianti si utilizzano motori moderni ed efficienti dal punto di vista energetico, che spesso includono gi\u00e0 il controllo di frequenza (SmartDrive), negli impianti esistenti una sostituzione del motore pu\u00f2 fare una grande differenza. Ipsen spiega i vantaggi di SmartDrive.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I classici motori elettrici utilizzati nel campo del trattamento termico sono spesso progettati in modo da poter essere avviati a qualsiasi temperatura. Ad esempio, il circolatore del gas di processo nella camera di riscaldamento del forno si avvia a temperatura ambiente. Non appena viene raggiunta la temperatura di esercizio di 800\u00b0 C, ad esempio, il motore richiede solo una frazione della sua potenza. Il principio SmartDrive pone fine a questo sovradimensionamento poco efficiente: Grazie alla regolazione automatica della velocit\u00e0 in base alla densit\u00e0 del gas, \u00e8 possibile utilizzare motori pi\u00f9 piccoli, il cui funzionamento e la cui produzione consumano molta meno energia. Ci\u00f2 rende SmartDrive un'alternativa pi\u00f9 economica ai noti motori Dahlander, caratterizzati da due velocit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Beneficiare di pratiche funzioni di controllo e di ulteriori opportunit\u00e0 di risparmio<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I moderni inverter di frequenza offrono anche pratiche funzioni di controllo. Ad esempio, il consumo di energia pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato per verificare se il motore funziona nel range di potenza previsto. Inoltre, grazie al convertitore di frequenza, il motore viene avviato con un consumo energetico ridotto e un carico meccanico inferiore, che a sua volta ne aumenta la durata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oltre a questi vantaggi, SmartDrive offre altre piccole possibilit\u00e0 di risparmio che si sommano se implementate in modo coerente: Ad esempio, lo spegnimento automatico dei singoli circolatori dell'olio o la riduzione della velocit\u00e0 al minimo richiesto in modalit\u00e0 standby dell'impianto sono possibili senza creare zone permanentemente immobili.  Quando il bagno d'olio viene riscaldato attivamente, tutti i circolatori dell'olio si riattivano naturalmente, in modo che le barre di riscaldamento vengano sempre fatte circolare in modo uniforme,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I vantaggi di SmartDrive in sintesi:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Risparmio sui costi grazie al minor consumo di energia durante il funzionamento<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minori emissioni di CO<sub>2<\/sub> impronta nella produzione di motori<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maggiore durata di vita<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pi\u00f9 sostenibilit\u00e0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Investire nel futuro con nuovi motori<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sostituzione dei motori esistenti \u00e8 un vero e proprio investimento nel futuro. Come illustra il grafico, i costi di acquisto dei motori elettrici rappresentano solo una frazione dei costi sostenuti per l'intero ciclo di vita. Si possono ottenere risparmi significativi anche con piccoli miglioramenti dell'efficienza.
