Scostarsi da queste ricette per tenere conto dell'umidit\u00e0 richiederebbe un'ampia documentazione e documenti, e forse anche una riqualificazione del processo. Ci sono altri suggerimenti o trucchi che potreste consigliare nei mesi estivi umidi per tenere il vapore acqueo fuori dalla camera del forno tra il carico e lo scarico, senza dover modificare la ricetta collaudata e accettata?<\/em><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Le aziende del settore aerospaziale (e molti altri clienti) sono molto attente alla lavorazione dei loro pezzi di precisione, e per una buona ragione. Centinaia di migliaia di persone si affidano ai loro sistemi per lavorare in modo invisibile e incessante al fine di garantire la sicurezza e l'affidabilit\u00e0 dei loro velivoli. La precisione non \u00e8 un'opzione e la documentazione obbligatoria aiuta il cliente a garantirla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una volta che i pezzi del cliente sono nel forno e il calore \u00e8 acceso, la documentazione conta sul processo di trattamento termico per tenere traccia di ogni minima deviazione dalla ricetta. Piccole modifiche possono fare una grande differenza nella durata a lungo termine dei pezzi. Ma fino all'accensione degli elementi riscaldanti, la preparazione dell'ambiente del forno rimane nelle mani dell'operatore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una tecnica che si \u00e8 rivelata vincente per gli operatori dei forni Ipsen in ambienti ad alta umidit\u00e0 \u00e8 stata quella di iniziare ogni processo con un evento di raffreddamento del vuoto. Il processo di pompaggio della durata non \u00e8 normalmente considerato parte del ciclo. Tuttavia, il raggiungimento di specifici livelli di vuoto e il loro mantenimento durante il processo di trattamento termico fanno parte della ricetta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Senza accendere gli elementi riscaldanti, i 30 minuti necessari per ottenere un vuoto pi\u00f9 basso all'interno del forno accelereranno l'evaporazione delle gocce d'acqua, contribuendo ad evacuare notevolmente il recipiente dal vapore acqueo trattenuto all'interno della zona calda. A questo punto, gli operatori possono avviare la ricetta di trattamento termico con la certezza che il processo inizier\u00e0 sempre da un punto di partenza costantemente asciutto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dedicare un po' di tempo in pi\u00f9 all'inizio di un ciclo, prima di dare tensione agli elementi riscaldanti, \u00e8 una strategia vincente.
