Ipsen is pleased to announce the promotion of マーティ・ルカシェヴィッチ への Regional Sales Engineer for the Central region. In this role, he will report to Matt Clinite, Vice President of Sales, and support customers with aftermarket service solutions that help maximize furnace performance, reliability, and equipment life.
Lukasiewicz joined Ipsen in 2019 as a Field Service Engineer, where he gained extensive hands-on experience servicing vacuum heat-treating equipment and supporting customers across a wide range of applications. His technical expertise and field experience provide a strong foundation for helping customers evaluate maintenance needs and identify opportunities to improve equipment performance.
As Regional Sales Engineer, Lukasiewicz will work with customers to develop long-term maintenance strategies and recommend aftermarket solutions, including replacement parts, retrofits, modernizations, and field service. He will collaborate closely with Regional Sales Owner John Pease, Regional Service Manager Troy Wipperman, and Ipsen’s service engineering team to support customers throughout the Central region, which includes Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia.
“Marty’s technical background and firsthand understanding of our customers’ operations make him a valuable addition to our sales team,” said Clinite. “His experience in the field allows him to provide practical recommendations that help customers improve reliability and get the most from their Ipsen equipment.”
