Expanded TITAN assembly area reaches full production as vacuum furnace sales surpass $100 million.
Cherry Valley, ILLINOIS (October 1, 2026) – Ipsen USA enters the final quarter of 2026 on track for a historic year, with more than $100 million in new horno de vacío orders and strong demand continuing across its standard and custom product lines.
Ipsen’s TITÁN vacuum furnace platform is a major contributor to this growth. Following the expansion of the TITAN assembly line at the company’s Centro de Excelencia Tecnológica del Vacío in Cherry Valley, Illinois, the new assembly bay is now in full production, and the first furnaces built in the expanded space have already shipped to customers. The platform remains a popular choice for manufacturers seeking a dependable vacuum heat-treating system with standardized configurations, shorter lead times, and proven reliability.
Ipsen USA has sold more than 70 vacuum furnace systems in 2026. In addition to the TITAN models, demand has remained strong for more customized products like Vacuum Aluminum Brazers, TurboTreaters y MetalMasters. Earlier this year, Ipsen also secured the largest order in the company’s history for a major aerospace manufacturer. These projects reflect sustained investment from customers requiring larger, application-specific heat-treatment solutions.
Ipsen’s customer base has remained geographically diverse. In 2026, Ipsen USA has sold new furnace systems in the United States, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland, India, Singapore, China, Japan and Thailand.
“This year has demonstrated the strength of our product portfolio and the investments we have made in our manufacturing capabilities,” said Matt Clinite, Vice President of Sales. “From standardized TITAN systems with competitive lead times to highly engineered custom equipment, customers around the world continue to turn to Ipsen for reliable heat-treatment solutions.”
With the expanded TITAN assembly line now fully operational and a strong backlog of custom furnace projects, Ipsen USA expects this momentum to continue through 2026 and well into the new year.
