The European Union, as well as Germany in particular, are committed to reducing natural gas consumption by 20%, while the issue of sustainability is becoming increasingly important.
Ipsen always has its finger on the pulse of time, and offers with the Recon IV recuperative burner an extremely effective solution, with which energy savings of up to 10% and more are possible.
A large number of Ipsen customers in North Rhine Westphalia have already invested in the new burner technology, the Ipsen Recon IV, and are already benefiting from the savings in gas consumption.
In addition, these companies have significantly reduced their CO2 emissions as a result of this measure.
Most of these customers run their own hardening shop for the production and/or heat treatment of their products.
Prior to implementation, the expected savings (gas consumption as well as reduction of CO2 emissions) were calculated with the customer based on the customer-specific applications.
In addition, the subsidy possibilities for this energy-saving measure were coordinated together.
Thanks to forward-looking material planning at Ipsen, we were able to implement the energy projects at short notice even in difficult times.
Accordingly, customers are already benefiting from the savings in gas consumption, especially in times of high energy prices.
