Discover the Ipsen Internship Program
Real-World Experience
The Ipsen Internship Program is designed to give participants a place to apply their education within a guided, real-world framework.
Partnering with tenured professionals in the fields of engineering, design, human resources, sales, marketing, and manufacturing, Ipsen interns have full behind-the-scenes experiences to prepare them for their careers.
Learn, Earn, Return
The Ipsen Internship Program is a paid internship that offers cometitive pay for interns as they share a remarkable experience.
Interns get assigned a summer project and work one-on-one with a mentor in their field of expertise. These collaborations have led to innovative new approaches to current Ipsen products, building connections with Ipsen’s extensive customer base, establishing new health and safety protocols, and developing a robust database of vendor costs.
Interns also participate in several lunch-and-learn programs, where sessions are focused on helping prepare the interns for the things a career offers that don’t often get covered in class. Presenters include executive leaders, HR personnel, technical experts, and a one-on-one meeting with Ipsen’s President and CEO.
Intern alumni are welcome to return each break and every summer, and could find that Ipsen is the place to start their career journey full-time.
Here’s What Our Interns are Saying
“
I learned a saying that will stick with me forever from (CEO) Patrick McKenna – ‘You can sit back and let your career come to you, or you can go out and make your own career.’ Bay taking steps to learn about a role and by showing interest, if the opportunity comes open, your name is more likely to come up.”
– Drake, Mechanical Engineering Intern
“
The real-world experience has been the best part. Everyone here wants to get you involved as much as they can to see the different sides of how the (Ipsen) operations work.”
– Mason, Sales Intern
“
Ipsen’s mentoring program makes this internship a more personal and customizable experience. Working with a mentor, the two of you can tailor your time at Ipsen to cover all the areas you want to learn about, further explore and/or improve in so you can get the most out of your experience and ensure you don’t walk away with any regrets or feelings of missed opportunity.”
– Olivia, Mechanical Engineering Intern
