Ipsen USA has promoted Matt Clinite to Vice President of Sales, where he will oversee strategic sales initiatives across the organization. In this role, Clinite will continue leading the Regional Sales Owners and Regional Sales Engineers while assuming responsibility for the company’s New Equipment Sales and Marketing teams. He will also serve on Ipsen’s Executive Leadership Team.
Clinite joined Ipsen in June 2014 and has held several leadership roles within the organization. Most recently, he served as Sales Director, where he led Ipsen’s outside sales team and supported key strategic initiatives. Prior to that role, Clinite served as Director of Ipsen Customer Service (ICS) Sales and Retrofits and earlier as ICS Sales Manager, where he helped drive strong aftermarket performance and expand customer support capabilities.

As Vice President of Sales, Clinite will provide strategic leadership for Ipsen’s sales organization, focusing on developing and executing revenue-generating strategies while guiding the sales teams to meet and exceed growth objectives. His responsibilities include strengthening sales processes and metrics, expanding market presence, and reinforcing long-term customer relationships.
