Lydia Nieuwenhuis Promoted to Director of Human Resources at Ipsen USA

Ipsen USA has promoted Lydia Nieuwenhuis to Director of Human Resources and named her to the company’s Executive Leadership Team, recognizing her contributions to strengthening the organization’s workforce initiatives and company culture.

Nieuwenhuis joined Ipsen in April 2021 as HR & Benefits Manager and was promoted to HR Manager in August 2024. In her new role, she will lead Ipsen’s HR strategy and oversee key areas including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, performance management, and organizational development. As a member of the executive leadership team, she will work closely with company leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.

Nieuwenhuis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. She also holds SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certifications and has completed the PLX leadership program through The Management Association.
