Our motto for this year’s Service Technician Meeting was Innovation meets Expertise with the goal: to reach the “next level” of service quality for our customers.
From Monday, May 23 to Wednesday, May 25, 2022, our service technicians received recurring training in forklift licensing, first aid and fire safety, and workplace safety. Furthermore, our colleagues were introduced to our latest innovations, the Ipsen Recon IV burner and the Ipsen knowledge database “Empolis”. Afterwards, the design and development departments presented their current innovative projects and gave an outlook on the future.
Of course, team building is also part of the event: On Tuesday evening we went from the training room directly to the barbecue for a joint evening.
