True cooperation: The German and Indian colleagues celebrated successful teamwork during a joint visit to the Christmas market at Schloss Moyland. How did it come about?
Ipsen India had asked the German colleagues for support with a major order. Due to Corona, the project was delayed.
After a phase in which much of the work was done virtually and via video link, the easiest way to make faster progress seemed to be to come and sit together also physically. And so Shounak Nath and Arindam Sinha, electrical design engineers, and Ashutosh Patra and Samrath Chakraborty, mechanical design engineers, made the journey to Germany to drive the project forward significantly on site in just under two months – from mid-October to early December 2022.
To conclude this successful collaboration, it was only natural to show the colleagues from India Moyland Castle and the Christmas market at the end of their stay, and to spend a pleasant evening.
