October 2025 represents the second anniversary of Ipsen Connect – Ipsen’s customer portal for parts, services, and information resources.
In the two years since Ipsen Connect launched, nearly 300 customers have taken advantage of this online resource to review identifying information about their furnaces, consult their bill of materials, request proposals, review scheduled maintenance events, and track orders for parts.
If you haven’t logged in yet, or if it’s been a while since you’ve been to your Ipsen Connect portal, now is a great time to review the latest updates and resources available at your fingertips.
What’s New in Ipsen Connect?
Tracking Shipments
Ipsen Connect provides real-time updates from Ipsen’s customer resource management software. That way, subscribers can get live updates from the point of the order until the order has been shipped as the status is updated within Ipsen’s system.
New in October 2025, Ipsen Connect now includes the ability to track the shipment of any active parts orders right in the app. Anyone who can log into the customer portal can review the latest parts orders and find a clickable link to track the shipping location and delivery date and time on any Ipsen Parts order.
Convenient Part Management
From a front-page button that takes users to the “Request Parts Quote” page, to a live tracking of recent orders, with a single click requoting process, Ipsen Connect customers are taking advantage of being able to track everything about their current and past parts orders. Subscribers can find a history of purchases and use previous pricing to model estimated order costs prior to requesting a quote. Access to full Bill of Materials for each furnace, and essential identifying information are easy to find at the bottom of the main login page.
Over the summer of 2025, a team led by Ipsen parts and assembly experts were able to significantly expand the resources available to customers. Bill of Materials for retrofits and rebuilds, legacy machines with documentation dating to pre-internet days, and more were compiled to add significant functionality for Ipsen Connect users.
Resources Available Through Ipsen Connect
Streamlined Service Requests
With both phone and email information for subscribers’ Ipsen sales and service team members, customers have access to responsive points of contact at the very top of their portal screen. Requesting an Ipsen service call is just one click away, while maintenance teams can use Maintenance Reminders to keep track of ongoing repair work, schedule a pump oil change, or review an issue which needs resolution.
Did you know that you can track parts and service requests specific to each furnace you operate, even if you haven’t ordered those parts or services through Ipsen Connect? If you’re trying to remember when the last Temperature Uniformity Survey that was run by an Ipsen service tech was or want to verify the part number and size of the replacement lip seal that you ordered last time, you can find furnace-specific answers by clicking the furnace at the bottom of the main page.
Best Practices and Expert Insights
While the Ipsen Knowledge Center is available to anyone, the Knowledge Base in Ipsen Connect is a searchable archive of answers to frequently asked questions, recommended best practices, step-by-step instructions and troubleshooting, with additional learning resources, and a full Ipsen Connect overview video that you can use to learn how to navigate your Ipsen Connect portal.
Hours of in-depth guidance have been collected in informative stories that can be consumed in minutes, delivered by experts with generational experience. Hear from Jim Grann, Craig Moller, and dozens of other contributors sharing their top tips and tricks for keeping your furnace running properly. Operators and maintenance teams alike can find recommendations that can lead to more consistent production, minimizing downtime, and preventing issues that can invalidate a production run or damage a furnace.
